Payment notifications have stopped as of about a week and half ago. Not in spam bucket either at client or web level (I use a gmail account for PayPal). Checked all my settings, checked email address, everything's set up the way it should be. Have been using PayPal since 1999, first time this has turned into an issue. What gives?
