Payment not showing in balance

I had 3 clients use an old email address to send payments. Once I reinstated that email address on my Paypal account, two of the payments being held showed up in my balance right away. The 3rd payment, from March 2017, hasn't shown up yet.

 

I have a Paypal receipt/transaction number but is there a way to get a real person to help me sort this out? I already posted a question via Facebook but am frustrated I can't find a phone number. Thanks.

If the email address was incorrect then it may have been possible for the buyer to use the cancel option.

 

If the payment did not show up then odds are the buyer cancelled it, so why not ask them to confirm this?

I did check with her and she did not cancel but one of her 2 payments did show up during the night, so I'll just be patient and hopefully the last payment will show up soon.
