I have a person trying to send funds to my PayPal Account, but they are receiving a notice saying "this account does not accept this form of payment". I believe he is using a credit or debit card. I have gone to settings and can not find an adjustment to allow this transfer of funds to me. Please advise? Frankly, it does not make a difference how payments are forwarded to me. Thanks!
Is your account verified? Did you go to the block payments settings in your seller preferences? Unblock anything that can be blocked, like payments from non-US accounts.
