Paying with bank account despite having Paypal funds saved

I am the holder of our FF league money and I am holding it in my paypal account.  I have some of my bills that are deducted automatically using paypal but I don't want the money in my account used, rather the money from my bank account.  Is this possible?

Funds in your paypal balance are the default funding source UNLESS you use pay after delivery.

Other than that you can withdraw the funds from your paypal balance before you pay any bills.

SENt it to your other account,pay your bills and send it back.

they can always open another account,I open the second one for that purpose.

we can now specify which is our primary funding source,like I choose credit card,but it does not always work.

they can open a business account using their SS number,then they dont run into PAypal asking for documents.

But I swear PAYPAL made changes so you can specify your choice of payment,like I stated I want to pay with my credit card instead of bank fund or Paypal fund,it works for a while and then it STOPS working.
