PayPal fees

Why am I being charged a fee out of someone’s payments they are sending me?? I had someone pay an invoice from me and charge of $2.53 came out of the payment. It had been happening every time.

Seller always pays a fee to use PayPal for payments received.

go to paypal and make a copy of fee schedule.
