Hey folks. I received an email from eBay and PayPal that an item sold and to retrieve my $42 balance. Went into PayPal here and it's showing zero balance to transfer to my bank (?). I haven't used it in a while. But it's clearly still active. And I'm logged in so user name and pword are correct. ??
