PayPal changed how you create invoices - terrible - and cannot call for help

I logged on today to create an invoice for an overseas client. PayPal changed everything. I can only request. There is no way to list my products line by line, just a "note field" to fill in. That loss of detail is terrible. I thought I'd call some PayPal representative to see if there was a way to access the old forms, but now there is no way to call. No phone number is listed. All I can do is go to this community forum. While I will appreciate anyone's inputs, that's not the same as talking to a representative.
I've been using PayPal for more than 15 years for my business, and this (in my opinion) is the worst change ever. PayPal, I hope will reinstate the old invoice forms.
