Recently, I found out about Paypal Business Partner fee program where I can reduce my transaction fee to 0.50 cent per transaction. However, under this program, I will not be eligible for Seller Protection Program. I wonder what does it mean? For example, if my buyer started a dispute, will I go through a same dispute transaction protocol or Paypal will take my money away from me right away without considering any proof?
