Hello everyone, thank you in advance for anything. I want to send money to a Patreon and I have a bunch in my PayPal balance, but when I go to pay with PayPal the option to use PayPal balance is not available (not even greyed out). What do I do?
Try marking your PayPal balance as your preferred method for online purchases on the PayPal wallet page of your account and when you attempt the donation again, check if it will use your balance at checkout.
Hi sharpiemarker! Thank you for the reply. I have my preferred payment method already set to my PayPal balance, however when I attempt to make a payment on Patreon, the PayPal pop-up does not list PayPal balance as an option, and instead defaults to the next available payment method.
