Paid but no money in account

I sold tickets to someone and they sent me the money through PayPal. I requested them the money and I got an email back saying the status of that request is paid. But for some reason the history for this doesn't show on the app. I have to specifically click on the email to see the information. It's been a week since she paid me and I have nothing. My email is confirmed as well so I'm not sure what the problem is. Tried to call customer service but I couldn't get a hold of them.
