PP not communicating w member database since server change

Hi there We changed servers and since that change Paypal hasn’t communicated with our membership database when new people join or automatically renew. We have a ticket with the new server people, but I’m wondering if there something I should’ve done here Paypal that I’ve missed. We also go through Cloudflare, but have always done so. So when someone joins or automatically renews, normally Paypal updates our membership database, and that hasn't been happening. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
