So i have been using paypal for months. And iam usually okay with how it treats me. But i was given money a few days ago. And i had my friend accept and confirm that he has received a package. Which should give my money within 24 hours. And now its saying i have to wait for 14 days. To get it. Not fair. I Always get my money instantly. And then when i try to identify myself for paypal it wont let me. I tried automated phone calls, i tried getting a phone call from customer service. I tried confirming my identity and it wont let me. So im **bleep** off at paypal. Fix this or im making a report or someone please help me.
