Open case hasn't closed yet

It has been 11 days sense i have opened a dispute to my seller, and the case still hasn't auto closed even when it says "PayPal requests more information from the seller to resolve the issue. If the seller doesn't respond within 10 days, we close the case and restore funds to the rightful owner." When you hover over the "Awaiting other party's responce" Any help with this?
