I have a shop up on Selly.gg, and PayPal has been holding on my money under the term eBay non-performer, yet my PayPal is verified, why is this? Is it PayPal or the site Selly.gg?

New seller hold, nothing to do with Ebay if you are not selling on Ebay, the hold is for new sellers using paypal.

After the hold is over, will it hold it any more after this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
