I opened a not as described dispute 7/10/17, the Paypal rep. took the info. over the phone, opened the case and immediately escalated it to a claim. The seller has not responded to me or Paypal. This is not an Ebay transaction. Do I need to do anything else or will my refund be automatically processed shortly as it has been over 10 days. Is the rule 10 days or 10 business days? I am sorry to ask here, but sometimes there is a long wait when calling. Thank you for any help or information

''Normally'' paypal allow the other party 10 days and then they ''review / refund'' within 48 hours after that deadline.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
