How do I resolve an issue where no goods were received. I tried to do it in the resolution center and because it was for goods or services I am unable to open a claim. Bottom line: an older person scammed my 10 year old into buying his knife in a game-money was exchanged and then the player removed himself from the game and is nonresponsive to any emails we have sent. It was only $20 but this was an adult scamming a kid which is my main issue.

Your kid is too young to have a PayPal account. You should take care of that problem first.
