I have had PayPal credit for 2 days now, and cannot use it for anything yet. I was able to pay for goods with $85 total and have over 2,000 remaining on my credit. I cannot select it as an option for online shopping, only my linked debit card. It also does not work for in store purchases, which I was told takes 30 days to work. Does anyone know why this is?
You have to build up a transaction history with your own money besides leaning on PayPal Credit line so it has statistics to go on to determine to let a charge go through or not. 2 days is not enough. It let you have a transaction or two already.
