The story is that i sent a friend 12.00 that a owe him and recently his account was limited beacuse i sent him that money and pretty much he cant do nothing and has to wait 180 day to even withdraw his money :(.
He needs to explain why it is limited.
Otherwise just wait 180 days and he is able to withdraw funds.
