"Hello paypal, my account don't have problems, aa, my english is very bad so... i have a paypal account "hidden email" and today i created my new account, "hidden email", i transfered my money from first account to "hidden email" account, from ""hidden email" i transfered my money to visa debit card, all is good, after two minutes my account is closed ,my phone number is wrong, my number on account is "phone nr", so.. corect phone number is 0"hidden number", plase help me."

You have a limited account with unconfirmed identity.  You now create a new acocunt--also confirmed-- and then attempt to transfer funds from one to the other.  You attempted to circumvent serious security issues and that's too much risk for PayPal.  Result:  acount is closed.
