Multi-Order Shipping refuses to load XML file, making it unusable.

I have several orders that I need to send out, and despite restarting computers, trying other browsers, and reloading the page repeatedly, the Multi-Order Shipping tool absolutely will not load orders anymore. It was fine until about 10 days to a week ago. 


I depend on the functionality of this tool and to have it just suddenly stop working is frustrating at the very least.

i have the same problem. It keeps saying no XML and on going for the last 3 weeks. Any soulution to this?

Same here. Multi-Order Shipping  has been telling me for several days that I have 'no orders' to load.

Sometimes it won't load XML file.

And when I click on the 'Ready to Ship' tab , it says I have 'no orders to ship.

But I do. I've been having to print lables individually. What a pain!
