Hello. I am a seller and i got a paypal payment yesterday. Everything is fine, i have completed all the IDs and the tracking number of the product that i am going to ship to buyer, but in my paypal balance, the amount of money which the buyer sent me have been withheld and not available in my account. What do i have to do? Is it normal? Should i wait some days? Please, answer as soon as you can. Thanks in advance.
