On July 14th, 2017 I withdrew a money from my PayPal to my bank account in the US, but unfortunately by mistaking it withdrew on my old bank account which is closed since 2 months. I called my bank they told me that once the account is closed any transaction can't be completed on it, so I have to call PayPal for a refund. actually, I am in the Dominican Republic I spent a lot of money just to have a chance to speak to a PayPal agent but never have the chance.
Please in a couple of words I would like to know what do I have to do to fix the problem ASAP because I really need the money, it is for a non-profit project in Haiti that my team have to start by next week
