Money sent to my phone number instead of email. How do I retrieve the funds?

I had someone send me money via my phone number instead of my email account. It says money sent but no funds are showing up in my account. Anyone know what is going on and how to fix it?

Okay my problem was that my phone number was never confirmed.

how did you get your phone number confirmed? my number is in my profile, someone sent money, but I do not see that the money showed up anywhere.
