Money received, no balance?

I recently (About 20 minutes ago) did a transaction where I received $27.00 from a trusted person, yet the money isn't in my account.

I read a bunch of threads on here but nobody's having the same issue as me. I'm new to paypal, so I'm not completely sure what's going on.

I DID receive the email, which I confirmed, but it's not in my wallet. What's the problem?

Are you absolutely sure the email is from PayPal?

What does your PayPal activity list show?
