Money on hold

My ex husband wanted to start paying me my alimony through PayPal. I haven't used PayPal before to bill. I sent him a bill and he paid. Now my money is on hold. But there's no product to ship. And got charged a fee. How do I get my money?

The funds will be available later than sooner. It seems the date is "subject to change."

Best to get a check unless you can train your sender to send payment as friends and family payment.  You do not want your money to get tied up in PayPal.

Mark the transaction as Order Processed/Service Rendered via Add Tracking link and wait 7 days for release of funds.
