Money Received Not Showing Up in Balance

My father sent me $500. I received the notification in a text message but when I log into my account the money is not there. I am thinking this is a cell # problem although my account is linked to the proper phone number. Can anyone assit in making sure this money shows up in my balance?

Do you have a notice of the transaction in your account Activity section ??

Also, ask your father what the status of the transaction is on his end -"pending", "unclaimed", etc.
