Linking an Absa savings account to Paypal Account

My name is Busi - I am struggling to link my Absa savings or Cheque account with my Paypal account please can someone give me a turtorial to do this.

Absa bank is from Zambia, correct?  With Zambia PayPal accounts, you cannot add bank.  You can only add credit card to make purchases.
