Internal Server Error - Paypal (REST) for Woocommerce

Hello All,

I am receiving an Internal Server Error when attempting to process a credit card payment (live or sandbox) via Paypal for Woocommerce. 

I've reached our to the app developer (angelleye) and they requested my Paypal and Server error logs. They also said it is possible that it is a PHP conflict error.
