Forgive me because I am not an IT prfessional. Years ago we set up a payment system which included IPN for a subscription based portion of our website (a document repository using open source software). We also had ordinary Buy Now buttons elsewhere on our website and when these were used the IPN response was triggered which led to error messages. Consequently we had to open a dedicated Paypal account using IPN to which other unrelated payments would not be sent.
The updated subscription service has changed over to API. Simple question, does Rest API have the same problems if other transactions hit the same Paypal account.
