sold a Google pixel to this guy in India, but the tracking wont show that it's delivered to him so he make a claim to Paypal.
Paypal did not look into any paper work that I submitted and refunded for the buyer.
I took out the money from my AC before PayPal refund the buyer so now it shows -$1xxx.
contact eBay, found out the buyer did the same thing to another seller.
contact Google, track the device and someone is using it.
contact USPS, get a document shows that the item is delivered to the buyer.
now PayPal doesn't allow me to open a case.
