IPN is queued (in sandbox)

Few days already in queued status. Is need make own IPN generator?

WIll work in production, or this is only future of sandbox.

Also sitting on 2 days worth of queued IPN data and we really need them to get back to development, any ETA when this will start moving or at least a little information about what the problem is ?
