I purchased 3 plants for 65.00 from allthingsleafy.com and didnt receive them, now my email isn't accepted. I have a paypal notice of the payment
and shipping in my email but it's not listed on the paypal site. I tried to click on resolution center and the item isn't there. It says to hit continue if it's not listed and I did that. Then it has three bullets to select and it won't let me select one. So I'm stuck. I tried to call paypal and got automated operator that I answered her questions, she said one moment then disconnected me.
try launching a different browser and see if it is better,OR
just file chargeback with your credit card.

How does your Leafy receipt show payment made? When?
Are you using a computer to check.?
If no transaction in your PayPal account and no balance reduction then can'tr file a dispute there.
