So I decided to look for help here because I'm kind of stressed... It's the first time this is happening to me.
2 days ago one of my customers sent me a payment and I haven't received it yet, not even e-mail notification or anything. And today another one sent a payment as well but I'm having the same trouble. I'm worried because those payments always go through right away and I don't know what's happening this time.
My account it 100% verified, my e-mail address and everything.
Well, I was told that by both of them, two totally different people, I don't think they're lying and one of them is an old customer who is just new to Paypal. But according to them they already sent the payment to my account.
I already messaged them asking for any kind of veryfication from their part, I just didn't want to treat them as liars or something rude.
Paypal was having problems sending emails 2 days ago?
ebay will send notice in the morning and Paypal will send in the afternoon.
But today it works fine for me.
If you dont see their payments in your activities history,then you did not get any payment,unless your block their payments say they are sending in a currency you do not accept?
I'm independant, a freelance artist, so I have contact directly with the buyers. Anyway, I'm just making sure nothing bad happens because it's the first time I'm experiencing such a delay/issue with payments, and I've seen in the forum some other people have had the same expirience before, but I haven't seen a solution yet.
I guess I'll just wait for the buyers' replies to see how we can procede on this...
