I can't receive any payments?

I've been trying to get payments from several people over the past couple of days, but they all end up receiving the same message: "we're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now." Knowing that they all receive this and that they all have undergone payment processes with no issues afterwards, the problem must be from my side. What could it be? I live in Egypt, and a Visa Electronic Card is linked to the account. The email is verified, and I've tried all I can think of to try and fix this, but nothing seems to work. Could anyone please help me out? Thank you!
