I am stuck on Account Holder's Information

Hello,

I have contacted via email/phone but still my problem is not even resolved, 

on phone the responder told me it will be fixed in a moment and now it's like a week or more but no luck whenever i save/submit the form i am keep getting 

 
 "We’re sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again."

What were you doing when the error occurred?  What exacts steps were your taking before the error happened?

I have submitted my passport number also tried driving license but no luck
