How to get refund on shipping label not connected to a sale

Hello, I used paypal to create shipping labels not related to a paypal sale (ship-now?) and found I don't need one of them.  How to I request a refund.  When it's with a sale I think I just ask for it, but I see no where to do that with it not linked to a sale.

From your PayPal page select the tools > multi-order shipping.

Select the label and cancel.  You have a very short time period to do this; it may have already expired.

Never mind... found a 'void' button in the email I received notifiying of shipping label created.

Just wanna share some info it can helpful on your future transaction with shipping labels, If you will create shipping label at www.paypal.com/shipnow you can reprint the label from the email sent by PayPal within 24 hours, and you can void label on the same email within 48 hours. 🙂
