Ok, I have a charge i do not recognize. And I can NOT locate any where on this site to get help with this. i have been transferred twice now on the phone. I go to " dispoute" but it sends me into a loop. It makes no sense at all.
Locate the transaction, click on it to reveal details/options. Does it have a "Report a problem" link there? OR, does it have "View in Classic Site" link? Click that, there should be a link to open a dispute there.
