An order was placed, the payment was put under review for 72 hours then reversed. I spoke to the customer who still wants to complete the order but does not know why the transaction was reversed.
The helpdesk couldn't help and said I should contact compliance - I have emailed them but not had even an acknowledgement - any idea how long they usually take to respond?
Shows as 'Mug - #uck Off To France'. If that was the problem Paypal could tell me immediately and I can take it from there - but it took three days to be declined and I still have no answer from them.
