How do I switch from a Business account back to a personal account ?

How do I switch from a Business account back to a personal account  I have contact paypal by phone she was having issues doing it and she tell me to email paypal by email on my paypal account and I did but they still did not got back to my email please help me .

Yep i read it but as its not something you can do yourself the ONLY option is to phone customer services.

There is NO other way and you may get an agent with a brain (unlikely i know) that can help you.
