For the first time, I billed a client. He paid me via PayPal. I received a notice from PayPal of receipt of funds. However, these funds remain at PayPal after charging me a transfer fee. How do I cause PayPay to transfer these funds to my banking account, which they possess the tracking number. Does PayPal once again charge me for this transfer?
