How do I claim a payment on a game I bought from Origin?

I payed for a game using my Paypal Balance on EA Origin. However I want a refund, which I cannot do because my payment is pending, and has been pending for a week. I'm supposed to claim the payment but I don't know how? Please help :0

Is your name on your EA Origin account the same as your PayPal account? Best to contact a game advisor at EA Origins.

You purchased from Zatheka. That company is reponsible for providing you with what you ordered.
It looks like Zatheka is ordering/purchasing from Origin and does not have sufficient funds.
It hink you have a couple options.
1. Contact Zatheka Direct and ask what is going on. Explain that you want a refund from Zatheka because you didn't get the item for which you paid and you want a refund from Zatheka Direct.
2. If that fails, then file a dispute with PayPal for item not received.
You could also clarify the deal between you, Zatheka, and Origin.
