How can I get donor's addresses for online donations.

We are a small non-profit that gets most of its contributions online; however, when I am emailed or download transaction information, the donor's address is not included. We need it to send thank-you notes. How can I get the name included?

if they give you a shipping address,but since you are not selling any physical goods,there is no need for you to have their physical address.

Given that I stated in my post why I needed an address, your suggestion is not helpful at all.

Since PayPal does not provide the address then you need to contact the donor's email address for information.
