Hold on funds

My funds say they will be released today, 11/15/2017, but are not being released.  Customer service is telling me not until 11/22/17, even though the details of the money on hold says the 15th... Any ideas what I can do here?

All you can do is wait.

You haven't provided any details about your account or how you received the funds.  Details matter.

While waiting you should review PayPal User Agreement.  There is  whole section on holds.
