Hey i'm new to paypal and only have one question!

Hello, I'm new to paypal i'm 17, I don't have a CC, or a Debit card. Now I want to sell some items on Ebay, so I linked my current paypal account to ebay, can I still use my paypal money from the items i've sold? or do I have to have a debit card linked some how?

Be prepared to have your account limited and any funds held.  PayPal requires members to over 18.

While you still can, it would be best to close your acocount and wait until you are 18.
