Hey everyone. I have a question. Im a first time ebay user. And a month ago i bought an item with my debit card then about an hour later canceled it. Now the seller says my payment is held on his end but it says its completed on my end. Like i said its been 30 days and they say if you pay with credit or debit card it takes that long to see a refund. Also the seller isnt even given the option to refund. It would be a shame if i lose out on as much money as i spent.
It's a visa. And yes the transaction shows up in my paypal and bank statements as being completed. It makes me wonder. The seller canceled the order by my request. Yet no refund.
