Help with gift

I have a gift that I sent, but receiver has not been able to collect because I have wrong email. Can I correct this online, or is there a phone contact that I can call to get this corrected. I would think that I don't need to cancel and resend. Please advise.

If there is a cancel option then use it but the funds will take a while to leave and process back to your funding source.
You can then pay to the correct email address.
You were lucky because if that incorrect email address was an actual email address linked to someone elses paypal account you would have lost that money.
Advice is voluntary.
