There's two possible reasons you may not find what you're looking for.
The first is: If you have a Personal Account, there's no option for creating email or text links versions of the item button code - you would need to upgrade to a Business Account.
The second is: Assuming you have a Business Account, the "Email" tab will not be available if have included drop down selections or text boxes in your item button code. This is because you cannot include drop down selections or text boxes in a Text or Hyperlink.
