I have signed up for the ability to print UPS shipping labels off the PayPal site. However whenever I try this I always get a message in red letters saying "following error occurred: We are unable to process your request right now." This happens every time I try to print a UPS label through PayPal regardless of which computer I am on. I have tried everything I know to do including trying different browsers, making sure my default pdf is set to Adobe Reader, etc. It just won't print and I need to be able to do this to take advantage of the shipping discount. Please help!
