PayPal stated that I shouldn't ship an item unless I have received the money yet. When my seller asked me why I haven't shipped yet, I told them this. He responded saying that the money was already taken from his PayPal and sent me a screenshot. So is it safe to ship yet? URGENT HELP PLS, I don't want him to wait any longer and end up giving me a bad review.
