I have someone that wants me to send him tickets first and then he pays and I need to know if he can post a payment to me and then I would get it when he received ticket ?i am not sending tickets without a way to guarantee payment
Do it the right way, if you're the seller, you send an invoice to the buyer, the buyer pays, when you have the money in your PayPal Account Balance, you ship the tickets - make sure you have the tracking info and insure if applicable. There are no guarantees in life but, if you follow the procedures outlined in the User Agreement for Seller Protection - that's the best you can do.
